We provide an AI-first Agentic SRE Operations Platform (ASOP) along with related technology and services.

If you are a customer of Alloi, this Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information or other data that we process on your behalf (collectively, “Customer Data”). Our use of Customer Data is instead governed by the terms and conditions of the separate customer agreement or terms of service that you have agreed to with Alloi.

If you are using the Services as an employee, contractor, or representative of one of our customers and have questions about our privacy practices, or wish to exercise your rights with respect to personal information we process on behalf of our customers, please contact the corresponding customer directly.

Our products and services are designed for businesses and are not intended for personal, family, or household use.

Information you provide to us:

• Business Contact Information: such as name, email, phone, and role if you are a representative of an actual or prospective customer, supplier, or business partner.
• Feedback / Correspondence: information you provide when contacting us with questions, feedback, or requests.
• Other Information: collected consistent with this Privacy Policy or disclosed at collection.

Automatic data collection:

We and our service providers may automatically log information including:

• Device data: operating system, browser type, IP address, device identifiers, language settings, and general location.
• Online activity data: pages viewed, session duration, navigation paths, click-throughs, and interaction with emails.

Alloi is headquartered in the United States. Data transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK IDTA/addendum.

Opt-out options include:

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
